Closing Date: The closing date stated for each giveaway/draw on the Website.
Draw/Draws for giveaway: Any draw operated by the Promoter on the Website to win a Prize.
ORF Subscription: A monthly subscription paid by a subscriber automatically enter(s) a monthly giveaway and has access to the discounts from third party suppliers.
Subscriber: Any person or individual (aged 18 or over and residing in the United Kingdom) who either enters any giveaway/draw by ORF subscription or by Free Entry.
Entry: A validly automatically submitted, completed entry for a giveaway/draw (whether by ORF Subscription or by Free Entry).
Prize: The Prize as stated for each draw/giveaway on the Website.
Free Entry: Means a validly completed entry to a draw/giveaway submitted automatically (and without payment) via the website (automatic entry each month for each member, two free entry’s if on the gold subscription).
Privacy Policy: The Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found on the privacy policy section on this page.
Promoter: “Only Ranger Fans“ which is a brand owned by Only Ranger Fans.
Random Number Generator: A random number generator is used by ORF externally, which is verifiably random and which will be used by the Promoter to select the Winner(s) of each draw/Giveaway.

General
By joining and automatically entering a giveaway/draw (either by ORF Subscription or extra Free Entry), subscribers confirm that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. By entering a giveaway/draw by Free Entry, each subscriber confirms that they have read and accept these terms and conditions.
2.1 Joining ORF and automatically entering a ORF giveaway/draw is categorised as a “free giveaway”, which falls outside the legal definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005, you are joining a membership of discounts and community and are receiving an entry free for the giveaway/draw (as an alternative to paying a subscription to enter a competition). ORF giveaways are not lotteries and are permitted without the need for any licence.
2.2 When you join you get automatically placed in the giveaway by Free Entry.
2.3 When joining and automatically entering a giveaway/draw by ORF Subscription or extra free entry, Subscribers, must submit their contact details when joining the membership as required by the Promoter which will be used for the following purposes:
2.4 to notify the Winner of a giveaway/draw that they have won a Prize; and
2.5 to post the Winner’s first name, initial and town of residence on the Website; in any other way set out in the Privacy Policy.
3 The Giveaway/draw
3.1 A membership including the free entry for the giveaway/draw is open only to individuals resident in the United Kingdom and over the age of 18. If a member is found to be under the age of 18 any Prize allocation won will be null and void.
3.2 A member may only join in their own name. They may not join ORF on behalf of or in the name of any other person.
3.3 Subscribers acknowledge that payment to join ORF and receive Free entry to the giveaway does not guarantee that they will win a Prize.
3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a membership or to disqualify any member if it has reasonable grounds for believing that a subscriber has contravened any of these terms and conditions or acted in a way that is reasonably considered by the Promoter to be fraudulent or illegal.
4 Entry to a Draw
4.1 Each giveaway will state the closing date for that giveaway/draw (the last day of every month).
4.2 ORF Subscription: To be automatically entered into a giveaway/draw via ORF Subscription, a subscriber must register for a membership account on the Website, provide their contact details including their postal address, e-mail address and a telephone number, along with providing valid payment details. Subscription accounts to be automatically entered 1 or 2 times into every giveaway depending on either ORF or Gold subscriptiom on the Website costs £7.99 or £8.99 per month respectively. If a subscription is cancelled, the individual will not be entered into any giveaways/draws closing after the end of the calendar month when payment was made. The Promoter does not guarantee any minimum number of giveaways/draws per month as part of ORF Subscription.
4.3 Via the website, there is a minimum of one (1) automatic free entry to each giveaway/draw per individual. However, an individual can purchase Gold Membership which gives the individual 2 free entries.
4.4 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of any giveaway/draw.
4.5 Subscribers agree that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to any giveaway/draw run by the Promoter.
4.6 Closing date of each Draw - Each giveaway/draw will close when the date and time shown in each Draw as the Closing Date is reached. Draws will take place irrespective of the number of subscriptions.
4.7 Selection of the Winner - The Winner of each giveaway/draw will be the person whose allocated number is selected at random from all subscribers (automatically entering by having an ORF/Gold ORF subscription) using the Random Number Generator.
5 Any Winner whose subscription payment transaction has been cancelled, reversed or is subject to any chargeback (before or after a Draw) will not be permitted to claim a Prize. If the Prize has already been delivered to the Winner in this situation, then the Winner must immediately return the Prize to the Promoter at the Winner’s own expense. The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action to recover any Prize allocated to a Winner (or the value of the Prize where it has already been used) whose payment transaction was cancelled, reversed or subject to a chargeback at any time.
5.1 Unless stated there will only be one Winner per giveaway/draw.
5.2 The Promoter will try to contact each Winner by e-mail or telephone only, using the contact details held in the subscriber’s account.
5.3 If a Winner cannot be contacted by the Promotor within seven (7) working days of a giveaway/draw, then the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and the Promotor will select an alternative Winner using the same random number generator externally to the Promoter’s platform that was used for the selection of the initial winner. The alternative Winner will then be notified in the same way and will have seven (7) days to accept the Prize. This process will continue until an alternate Winner is found.
5.4 The original Winner will have no claim to a Prize once an alternative Winner has been selected.
5.5 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of a giveaway/draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
5.6 If in any event a giveaway/draw has not been drawn and/or the initial Winner was been found to have cheated in ways including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or exploiting glitches, the giveaway/draw will be readded for a future week.
6 Prize
6.1 Title to a Prize is retained by the Promoter until it is handed over to the Winner. Once the Winner takes possession of the Prize all risk and title in the Prize passes to the Winner.
6.2 The Promoter does not imply or give any warranty in relation to a Prize or warrant the value or condition of a Prize.
6.3 The Prize is as stated of the Website for each giveaway/draw.
6.4 If the Prize is an experience, the Prize may allow the Winner to choose from a range of experiences, all with a similar value.
6.5 If the Prize is a vehicle, the Promoter will transfer ownership of the vehicle to the Winner by sending the V5 registration document to DVLA. For vehicles, the Winner is responsible for insurance and road tax as well as maintenance, repairs, warranties or any other ownership-related expenses from the point of collection.
6.6 Where the Prize is a vehicle it must be collected from the Promoter’s address.
6.7 For all other Prizes, the Promoter will pay for the cost of delivering the Prize to the Winner at Winner’s address in the United Kingdom and will insure the Prize until it is delivered to Winner’s address.
6.8 When delivering a Prize, the Promoter will attempt to do so in accordance with the delivery provider’s redelivery schedule (typically 2–3 times) before it is returned to the Promoter’s address. Any Prize returned to us after multiple unsuccessful deliveries will not be reattempted again, and instead be readded as a new giveaway/draw for a future week.
6.9 If the Prize is an experience, it will be for a set number of people to enjoy an experience in the UK, as stated on the Website and listed as the Prize for a giveaway/draw. The Prize does not include any insurance, the cost of travel, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses, and all such costs will be the responsibility of the Winner, unless stated otherwise on the Website.
6.10 Where the Prize is an experience, the Winner may be required to provide their full name, address, date of birth and identification (such as a driver’s license or passport) to the Promoter so that experience can be arranged. The Winner is solely responsible for providing correct information to the Promoter in this regard and for ensuring that the Winner and any person travelling with the Winner are legally allowed and available to travel for the experience in question on the travel dates specified.
6.11 A minimum/maximum £250 cash alternative or alternative Prize will be offered by the Promoter each month.
6.12 The Winner may be required to provide proof of their identity and/or age at the time the Prize is collected or delivered.
6.13 The Winner is responsible for all taxes, duties and charges in relation to receipt of the Prize.
6.14 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
7 Miscellaneous
7.1 The Promoter will publish information indicating that each giveaway/draw took place and a Winner was awarded the Prize. The Winner will be given the option to consent to the Promoter displaying their full name and photograph or other personal details on the Website. Where consent is given, the Winner’s name, town and photo will be posted on the Website. Consent to display a name and town is automatic when joining an ORF subscription.
7.2 The Winner will be given the option to consent to photo(s) and or video(s) being taken for promotional purposes.
7.3 Subscribers authorise the Promoter to enter their personal details into Promoter’s database and to use the information in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and subject to the terms of Privacy Policy.
7.4 Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and administering the giveaway/draw, distributing a Prize to a Winner or following the distribution and use (or enjoyment) of a Prize by a Winner.
7.5 If the Prize is an experience, the Winner will be required to obtain insurance as necessary to cover all risks to the Winner and any companion whilst during an experience. The Promoter will not be liable for any risks, losses or liabilities incurred after a Prize has been delivered to a Winner or experience has commenced.
7.6 The Promoter accepts no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each subscriber (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this Website.
7.7 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an subscriber as a result of incomplete Entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.
7.8 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any membership which it does not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.
7.9 An Entry shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the subscriber engages in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) fraudulent concealment; (d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or (e) amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website. In this situation the Promoter may also, at its absolute discretion, prevent an Entrant or any individual from entering any future giveaway/draw and may cancel that individual’s account.
7.10 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel draws, winners or prizes in the event of technical issues including but not limited to code, servers, performance and hacking.
7.11 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be immediately published on the Website and it is each Subscribers responsibility to check the Website for any changes to these terms and conditions.
8 Cancellation
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any giveaway/draw at any time. If a Draw is cancelled, the Promoter will offer an alternative giveaway/draw with a Prize of equal value.
9 Data and Privacy Policy
9.1 Each Entrant and the Promoter recognise that the Promoter may use the contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 2018 supplied by an subscriber to the Promoter to both administer the Website and conduct the giveaway/draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and only as set out in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Each subscriber and the Promoter acknowledge that the Promoter may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.

Collecting this Data is essential to us being able to verify you are a UK resident and above the age of 18, enable us to process payments if necessary, and deliver any Prize(s) should you win.

Where we are required to process Data in order to comply with our legal obligations, we will use your Data on the basis that it is necessary to do so for the purposes of legal compliance, which may include establishing, exercising or defending legal claims within the relevant statutory limitation periods.
We will never sell your information to third parties. However we may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:
4.1 In order to assist you in obtaining quotations, organising appointments, giveaways and any other action required in connection to independent vehicle traders;
4.2 In the event that we sell any of our business or assets, in which case we may disclose your Data to the prospective buyers of such business or assets and to their legal advisers;
4.2.1 In the event that we appoint a third party data processor to process your Data in accordance with our documented instructions and with the requirements of UK Data Protection law;
4.2.2 If we are under a duty to disclose or share your Data in order to comply with any legal obligation;
4.2.3 If it is necessary to disclose your Data to our professional advisers (for example, to our legal advisers or our accountants); and
4.2.4 If it is necessary to do so in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions of supply (if applicable) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Only Ranger Fans and its staff, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
5 Where we store your Data
5.1 We will take all technical and organisational steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Data is stored and treated securely and in accordance with UK Data Protection law.
5.2 The Data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination inside or outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) in paper and/ or electronic format. 6.1 We will process your Data for no longer than is reasonably required. We consider this to be the amount of time that we need your Data in order for any processing which is carried out on the basis of one or more lawful basis set out in paragraph 3 above.

7.2 You have rights in connection with any processing which is carried out on the basis that we have a legitimate interest to do so or we have your consent to such processing. However, we do not currently conduct any processing of Data using either of these lawful bases.
7.3 You may request to have any incorrect information corrected or to have your information deleted.
7.4 You have the right to request a copy of information held about you by us. Generally we will provide this information free of charge, however in certain circumstances we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you in accordance with UK Data Protection law.
7.5 In certain circumstances, you have the right to require us (and our third party data processors) to erase your Data without undue delay, although we reserve the right not to erase Data (or to inform our third party data processors) where processing remains necessary for purposes which are permitted by UK Data Protection law.
7.6 You have the right to request that your Data is made portable for the purposes of transferring Data to another supplier in relation to:
